Join us at the Ramsar COP13 in Dubai to learn about Communication, Education, Participation and Awareness-raising (CEPA). How are wetland centres reaching the public? Find out, and contribute, in room 5A on Tuesday 23rd October at 18.15.

Communication, Education, Participation and Awareness-raising (CEPA) is one of Ramsar’s most important programmes in getting support and delivery of wetland conservation on the ground. Involving schools, local communities and decision makers is crucial if we want to see Ramsar’s aims delivered. But are we doing it well enough? Come along and find out how you can best reach local people through a variety of techniques, and help us pull together some key recommendations for delivery of Ramsar’s CEPA programme.
